The Black unemployment rate is dropping – finally. While this is great news, many of us are STILL struggling to find good work.

We frequently struggle to access jobs that offer livable wages and good benefits. Sites like Indeed or Monster are great options, but here are some job websites that cater to our community.

#1: The Black Perspective

This website helps Black people find open positions and gives employers the opportunity to broadcast new job postings right away.

#2: Jobwell

This free job networking platform prioritizes organization. It helps users track their application processes by using a simple, easy-to-use spreadsheet.

#3: Black Career Network

This job site is designed to connect people with companies who are seeking diverse job applicants. It also helps people to find upcoming job fairs in their area or virtually.

#4: Blackjobs.com

This Black-owned site also connects Black job seekers with hiring companies to combat the Black unemployment rate.

While unemployment rates are dropping, some of us still aren’t finding work. These job sites can give us access to take advantage of increased hiring so we can find better-paying opportunities!
