Glenn and Amanda take on the adult responsibilities of the business, attending to the details of the trip such as bookings and itineraries. Their girls job? They serve as little promoters vlogging their own travel experiences on their YouTube channel, LittleMissTravelers. Even at their young age, their visibility on the travel scene is important for us.
The visibility of this family helps to dispel the myth that Black people don’t go on vacations and that luxury travel is out of reach.
After their first daughter was born, the pair were discouraged by a travel agent from traveling with their baby. They realized other parents may have faced similar discouragement, so they built their company to serve Black families.
Glenn and Amanda’s mission is to help make travel planning seamless for Black families. They make it possible for Black parents to expose their children to world travel.
