Date Ideas For Black Couples Trying To Save Money

Going to the movies is a great cheap date idea. Instead of going to an expensive chain theater, look for independent theaters. These theaters often have cheaper ticket prices, special movies that run for five dollars a ticket or less, and cheaper concessions.

The classic picnic in the park is a go-to romantic activity. Bring some music, a picnic basket with your favorite snacks, and enjoy the fresh air with each other under the sun.

Volunteering with each other can be a great way to spend time and make a difference in your community in the process. You’ll learn more about each other’s life passions and the issues you care about. 

Try learning a new skill with each other. Taking the time to learn something new together will be a great shared experience where you learn more about each other in the process.
